Meet Morgan
Hi, I’m Morgan — I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a recent graduate of Endicott College drawn to work that lives at the intersection of creativity, movement, mindfulness, and mental health. My path into wellness didn’t start with a plan or a title—it started as a feeling: a quiet, deep-rooted pull toward understanding how we care for ourselves in a world that can often feel overwhelming.
As someone with dyslexia, I’ve always experienced the world a little differently. That perspective deeply shaped both my academic journey and my approach to wellness. It led me to explore stress, expressive arts, and integrative practices as tools for regulation, self-expression, and support—especially for those who don’t always feel seen or served by traditional systems.
Along the way, I also trained as a Lifestyle and Wellness Coach through the Lifestyle Medicine program at Harvard Medical School, which deepened my understanding of how evidence-based wellness practices can support long-term health and resilience.
This work also inspired my interactive wellness journal, Reaching Calm, originally developed as my senior thesis project at Endicott College. The journal blends creativity, movement, and mindfulness practices designed to help people—especially those with learning differences—develop tools for stress regulation, self-expression, and self-awareness.
Through both study and lived experience, I’ve come to believe that wellness doesn’t need to be rigid or intimidating. It can be soft, creative, accessible, and deeply personal. My work is rooted in meeting people where they are and creating space for calm, self-trust, and growth to unfold naturally.
You can usually find me at my happiest with my dogs, heading to a yoga class, creating something meaningful, or spending time by the sea. If you’d like to follow along, feel free to connect with me on Instagram or LinkedIn.
There are a few different ways we can practice together. I offer private yoga and meditation sessions, as well as group classes and workshops at studios and wellness spaces. Whether you’re looking for something more personalized or want to practice alongside a community, I’d love to connect and find what feels right for you. You can find more information under the Yoga and Contact tabs.
If you are a company or educational institution, I also offer workshops, talks, and professional development opportunities. You can find out more under the Work With Me and Contact tabs.
My Mission:
My mission is to help people discover new ways to learn, express themselves, and connect with their well-being through creativity, mindfulness, and movement. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to feel understood, embrace their individuality, and find tools that support them in everyday life.
