Work With Me

I collaborate with schools, organizations, and communities to bring mindfulness, creativity, and stress-management tools into classrooms and group spaces. My work shares practical strategies from Reaching Calm, including teaching principles and advocacy techniques that helped me navigate school as a dyslexic. I also draw on my experience as a school counseling intern, where I supported dyslexic students in navigating academic and social-emotional challenges. These tools support students and staff in building confidence, managing stress, and fostering creativity. If you’re interested in incorporating Reaching Calm into your school or classroom, I’d love to connect!
